[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Complaint on Product/dealer and customer care service | |||
Initially i booked my bike on 10th of August, and went for delivery on 18th of August, Were i found that bike was having scratches, But dealer was ready to give that bike only, So, We rejected that bike as we don't want defective Bike. After the long Discussion, then convinced us to change the bike, So we changed to some other color which was available. He washed that bike and given the delivery, then too Bike was not starting, because of some problems in battery, So they replace the battery, still then also bike was not starting, they changed the oil, done some service, then the bike got started, we took the delivery and back home. --We found that petrol tank was loose, and Bike seat was loose, We got the reply that all the SZ-RR bike and higher versions tank and seats are loose, -- Further we are not getting any update regarding Passing the vehicle from RTO, Not number plate, No insurance nothing, I am totally upset with the Yamaha bike and service provided by the dealer. Please if possible, Please guide me how to return the bike and get compete refund. I have paid full money on 10 th of August 2016, Got bike on 18th of August. Still now no progress from the dealer(no number plate/ no bike paper/ no service book from last 44 days), and no update from the costumer care Passing was done on 29th of august, registration work still pending from dealer, I am not satisfied by the bike nor happy, I have raised complaint twice, (complaint number: IC-26310-Q8W4) Even Customer care could not help, and disconnecting my call and blocking my call, So have to call from other number, Please work on it and provide me the solution.
