Yamaha — Not getting spare parts even after 1 month | |||
Dear Sir Iam Monosij Das I have Yamaha Alpha Scooter(grey). Reg No:WB-26AH-0418. Chasis No:ME1SE7742E0016299. Engine No:E3N7E0016255. I give the scooter in service for replacing 3 fiber body parts 1 months ago, but sorry to say till now i have not get my scooter.no body parts have been replaced till now from 12.09.2014.They are saying that no parts has come till now after even 1 month passed away.i just want to know what the hell they are doing for a month. after long waiting for 1 month i decide to fill complaint against INDIA YAMAHA MOTOR PVT.
