YashTel — Not refunding the money or extending services for 2 months lack of services from Annual package | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I took and Annual pack from Yashtel in first week of June 2014 (Plan 4MBPS, 80GB); paying full amount during enrollment, attached the invoice copy. Service was good until August 2014 first week; after that most of the day connection will not be there and at time it will connect that too speed will very slow in the range of 0 to 0.5 MBPS. The technical problem got fixed only by first week of October, through 40+ calls to customer care and regular follow up; as per technician update, there was damage to cable upstream of my connection which got fixed. From October first week on no problem to service (except for occasional disconnection, which got fixed soon). I have been writing to the customer care for the past six months to either refund the part money or extension of services; no action is taken. Email communication is pasted below for reference.
