The refund (3970.00) for the cancelled flight ticket has yet not been credited into my account... But according to yatra they have already processed the refund on 09th aug 2016 and said that it will be credited to my account within 5to7 working days, but till date i have not received the refund... (For your reference i will be attaching a copy of my bank statement which proves that my bank account has not been credited with any refund from yatra)... I have already forwarded my bank statement to yatra but they have stopped replying... Kindly help me get my refund...
