[Resolved] Yatra Online — 3 months no refund received. | |||||
It has been extremely annoying and harassing dealing with Yatra.com. I had booked a holiday package to Thailand for 5 people on 21 September for which I had paid an advance of 30, 000/- The trip had to be cancelled on 1 October. After deducting the cancellation fee they were to return 5-6 thousand to me. I was told it would take 9 working as per the Yatra.com policies. It is more than 3 months now and I have not received my refund. I am in touch with Mr Aman Chandel, Holidays Expert[protected] Extn – 2425) I call him almost every day and the only answer he gives it someone from the finance will call you back. Last I spoke to him was day before yesterday 5th Jan at 1600hrs and he promised that I would get a call in one hour and it is almost 48 hrs no one has called me. Would request you to contact your bank and provide the RRN number Which was provided to us by your bank. RRN number has been shared on your registered e-mail address with us. You can contact your bank's Grievance Cell in regards to refund not reflecting in your account.
