Hotel not confirming booking

I have booked a stay in Royal sunderban wild resort through yatra
. Com making full payment but after calling the resort to confirm they are denying the booking. Mailing and calling to yatra is giving to reply.

My flight got cancelled by airlines on 9th September 2020 .I Requested refund from Yatra.com They are just saying Airlines have not refunded the money to yatra. But it is now January 2021. Everytime I call their customer care they tell me same thing and they say we can't promise you any date. I called airlines as well but airline said only Yatra.com can help you....

Lost my money in a failed transaction

On 10th October, 2020 I was booking my tickets from yatra. The transaction got failed and I lost my money in that. I have emailed them many times but no reply. It's been 3 months now.

Fake hotel booking

I have made a hotel booking for three days (24.12.20 - 27.12.20) at Digha in Hotel Surya Deep via yatra, com (booking reference number[protected]. But the hotel manager refused the booking and said they don't have any booking in Yatra or any online site so I was bound to pay again in cash for the same duration. Denial to refund cancelling ticket charges

I Parth Desai had made a booking with Yatra.com for a flight in February 2021 with PNR No. SQSK9R from Ahmedabad to Mumbai.

The flight was rescheduled due to which the booking was cancelled.

As intimated by the airline company, they have given refund to Yatra.com charges, however Yatra company is denying to provide the refund.

Full Refund required

We were advised by Spice Jet that the flight was cancelled, hence opted for a full refund which should have been Rs. 11234.48.
But later showing as only fees and charges refundable for an amount of Rs 3854.48 only with Rs 6, 000 airline deduction and Rs 800.02 deduction by Yatra.
When checked with Spice Jet, they said full refund has been processed from their end....

Refund for not utilised service

Non-refund of charges

My money got deducted but train tickets are not booked

Amount debited from Account but refund not issued since 20 days

I have made a transaction of Rs. 11, 461 with Yatra.com on December 4th for Hotel booking but the booking was not successful and the amount was debited from account. I have received the confirmation from Yatra that they have my money and will process the refund.

However, yet the refund is not processed and it have already been 11 days since yatra confirmed me about the refund of the money to my bank account.
