Money Got deducted but not got confirmation for booking

I have booked hotel from yatra app using my UPI for Mysore on 13-15dec stay. I paid the money using my upi and money got deducted from the account but when I opened the app there is no confirmation happened for the same. Also there is no history shown for any failure or confirmation about the same booking. I called hotel staff but they told there is no booking made with respect to my name. Please help to check this. Refund for cancelled air tickets did not come

Hi,

I booked flights on 3rd Nov and 4th Nov from Yatra app and cancelled the flights on the same day. I got intimation email from Go Air and Indigo regarding the refund and also got the refund reference number from Yatra but the refund did not come yet. I have send 7-8 emails to Yatra support with no reply from them. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter.

Money transferred but no ticket booked

I tried booking flight tickets from hyd to Bangalore using Yatra mobile application. Money got transferred from bank account to Yatra bank account. However no ticket has been booked. I tried raising concern in Yatra and mailed them. Did not receive any response. Want my money refunded as early as possible....

I have tried to book a flight ticket from Chennai to Durgapur for 25th Dec. The ticket was not booked but the amount of 3375 was deducted. Please resolve the issue and initiate a refund as soon as possible....

Would not issue the refund

I had booked a ticket from yatra.com which i then cancelled within 24 hours so the airline involved refunded me the entire amount. Yatra representatives told me it would maximum 15 days for the money to be refunded (website states 7-10 days). It has been 15 days and my money has not been refunded. The refund status page reads the same (refund initiated, check after 48 hours) for the past 10 days. Their customer care number is not reachable...

The mountain Villa owner not provided room, he told me we are taking yatra booking online you should contact yatra. I'm very frustrated about my tour plan, I tried many calls your customers care not received my calls.

I tried to book an air ticket ( BBI - ATQ) from yatra.com on 12th Nov, 2020, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my account.

I have already mailed them all the details as per their requirement, many times in [protected]@yatra.com email ID and also tweeted in yatra.com official twitter account, but haven't got any reply from yatra.com till now.

My Flight is cancelled by the airlines, refund is initiated by the airlines to yatra on 22/11/2020, but not received to me till date.
None of the customer care number is reachable.. calling from last 3-4 days continuosly....

My refund is not processed yet, 90 days have already passed.

Everytime they are ignoring the emails and sending us canned responses.

Yatra being a travel agent company it's their responsibility to fulfil customer needs rather than waiting for the airline to respond....

USA-India Flight not refunded after 6+ months

I had booked a ticket with Yatra.com for July 2020 to fly from Atlanta to Mumbai in United Airlines and due to Covid United canceled the flights. I requested the refund on May 14th 2020 from yatra.com and also called United to ensure I will get my refund. Since then I have been following up with Yatra.com and everytime I just get a canned response that United has delayed the refund (which I dont believe).

I tried to book bus ticket (Bangalore-Kerala) from Yatra mobile application on 22 November 2020, after doing payment successful of Rs 1388 through google pay, i did not received my tickets.
