international flight booking

I booked a flight af194 from paris to bangalore which is scheduled on 25th september. I intentionally upgraded myself from economy lite to economy standard.in economy standard they provide 1 checkin bag along with inflight meals all included. credit shell

Address:India

Indigo provided me credit shell for two bookings. On indigo's page its showing its been refunded to yatra. But when i try to utilize my credit shell from yatra i am being prompts like credit shell retrived successfully and then its not directing to booking page to use the amount. After several mails to yatra support there has been no reply from their end....

I had made booking at hotel bachan niwas jodhpur through yatra.com for 3 days starting from 25th dec/2019 to 28th dec/2019 well in adavnce
As i was travelling for the first time to state of rajasthan along with my family which included 3 year old child.
But on arrival at hotel at night i was told by hotel manager that they dont take booking from yatra and denied me the entry

This caused me and my family...

Refund not given for the cancelled flight

I have booked ticket in the month of March and in the same month the flight was cancelled. Yatra has still not provided me the refund. I have done repeated emails for the same but i did not get the refund yet....

Hi, i had booked my tickets from yatra dated 1 May 2020 costing Rs. 8160. Due to lock down, the Indigo flight was cancelled, and was provided a refund. I had checked with Indigo, and they confirmed to have refunded the entire amount to Yatra on 13 Aug 2020.
I have been chasingn Yatra customer care to refund the same amount back to my original payment account.

However, nothing ia being done and i am not getting any...

Flight refund

Address:Yatra.com Head Office Address: 1101, 11th Floor, Tower B, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector – 39, Gurgaon – 122001.

I had initsially revcedv a ecash amount of 10, 937 yata has deducted 900 rs wihtout any intimation it has my hard earned amount that is stuck in this ecash wallet and i cannot even transfer it to my bank account which i require the amount very badlly they have just taken the ampunt in their custody even when the airlines have refunded to them...

I cancelled my flight from ranchi to pune which was on 27th of June, 2020.
Air Asia conveyed that refund has been done from their side...then why is it not yet processed to my bank account from your side.

ticket not booked but amount get debited from my account

I plan to journey from bikaner to hisar on 12 sep 2020 so i try to book 3 ticket from yatra andriod app. I go through normal booking procedure but ticket not booked and amount of 1750 is debited from my account

Not resolved. I have not got my money back. Indigo booking reference qgn8ps upb9hh. Total amount refunded by indigo is rs. 2501 plus rs 4112 according to the confirmation mail sent by them. I have contacted indigo and they said it will be sent to the agent i booked the flight with i. E yatra. Please process it immediately.
Already more than a month. Yatra website says issue resolved, but i have not received any refund....

Refund for pnr LQ1UJE

We have booked flight from HDFC regalia where travel partner was Yatra on march 2020, due to covid flight got cancelled and airline refunded full amount to Yatra, but it's 5 month and Yatra haven't refunded back to us, they are not responding over mails, not reachable via phone, please help to get it resolved asap...

yatra.com not giving refund even though the airline has processed a full refund from their end

My flight was cancelled by indigo airline on 21st march and they processed a full refund from their end (I have proof of that). But yatra.com (Travel agency) is holding this refund for more than 3 months.

Booking ref no[protected] for pnr redppl.

I have registered my complaints with yatra.com many times to get a resolution. But, yatra.com is holding the money and not giving the refund.
