My daughter plane ticket refund not returned by yatra

Till 20th July they informed they filed with airlines but didn't received.

5th Aug i informed them, they got money from airlines on July 13 in full.

7th Aug yatra informed they will refund within 15 days.

Yatra is doing the trick to kill time, also they...

Spicejet Flight Refund issue

Airline has cancelled the flight and refunded full amount but Yatra has deducted 300 from that amount. In this pandemic time Yatra is harassing customers like this. When airline has not deducted any amount and refunded it fully why Yatra is deducting customer's hard earned money. They have illegally charging customers....

Refund process

This is sumanta samal, mob# [protected]. Booking reference#[protected].

Indigo: pnr-ym44tg, my flight 6e 6376 from amd to ccu on 22aug2020 is cancelled by airline due to covid-19 travel restrictions. But i didn't received any refund from yatra.

So please need to verify and process my refund as soon as possible. Then i will reschedule alternate flight....

flight refund during lockdown flight cancellation

I booked two tickets from chandigarh to srinagar for dated 10th april 20 from yatra with reference number [protected] and pnr xj26fz. The flight got cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. I requested yatra to refund the money but they told me that it is not possible as airlines are not refunding the money. Airlines are creating credit shell to use the fund for upcoming travel. But i did not found any indigo flight from chandigarh to srinagar....

And i call bus oprator my tickets are cancel but bus oprator refuse cancel my ticket.

Refund of cancelled ticket

My flight was cancelled because of covid-19 and immediately after receiving message from airlines, i applied for refund to airlines and to yatra also on first week of july.
Yatra told me to wait 30-45 days and it’s been already 2 and half months and everytime i call them they say sir more 30-45 days and give me some excuses like your ticket is revised ticket, your ticket...

Amount debited but cab not booked

I had booked a bus ticket from bangalore to nagpur for the journey date 18. April.2020 but due to covid 19 pandemic the bus journey got cancelled. So, i got mail that will get the refund of ticket fare after 1 month, taking 1 month time because of the current lockdown situation. But after that long time passed, still i didn't get any refund from the yatra. Whenever i am generating ticket for refund it is becoming in resolve state...

Sir,
I want to inform you that i booked a bus ticket on date[protected] from varanasi to raipur (Chhattisgarh) for two people from yatra.com. Ticket cost me 1680.00
I had to book a car and go to varanasi from my home district mirzapur that cost me 2000 rs.
After reaching there, i contacted the operator, vidhan tours and travels and they told me that no bus is running to raipur currently after lockdown.

refund for bus ticket

My money has been deducted two times while booking bus ticket on[protected] on same bus by yatra mobile app but i didn't get any mail or message regarding ticket confirmation. Neither in booking section it was showing any upcoming schedule of yatra app.

I am attaching screenshots for two times successful transaction. Kindly refund my deducted amount of 815+815 = 1, 630 immediately....

Money deducted but ticket not booked, No refund now

I've booked a ticket on yatra and money was deducted from my credit card. Also, yatra sent me a confirmation email on this which i've attached below. Now, when i wish to cancel my booking, yatra team ([protected]@yatra.com) is unable to locate my booking (As if my transaction was void). And i feel this team is incapable of conforming my transaction and money deduction with accounts department presently.
