[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount not refunded

The refund of rs 3060 for my train ticket has yet not been credited into my account... But according to yatra they have already processed the refund on 23rd aug 2016 and said that it will be credited to my account within 5to7 working days. Also they provide me a bank transaction id. But till date i have not received the refund. I already contact my bank with provided reference id and as per my bank yatra.com still not credited this amount to bank and they told me to contact yatra.com for the confirmation. Would request you to contact your bank who has issued the card through which payment was done and provide the Refund reference number[protected] which was provided to us by your bank.
