Compliant against yatra.com, for not refunding the cancelled ticket amount of Air Pegasus ticket amount Respected Sir, I had booked a ticket along with my wife & children in Air Pegasus through yatra.com (BANGALORE TO GOA )flight on 1st october 2016 and my PNR number is XHHJQ4 and Booking Reference Number of yatra.com[protected] .The airline cancelled the flight on the previous day of departure without any proper reason. I have received a call & mail from yatra.com saying that the money will be refunded to my account within 20-25 working days. It has been 4 months and I haven't got my money yet. I have tried to reach them numerous times and nobody replies the call. Where is my hard earned money gone? As per my knowledge, yatra.com & Airpegasus is cheating the customers by doing a robbery in the name of air tickets. They have not refunded many tickets yet and all their cancellations are pre-planned. I would request you to take an action against them to stop their robbery.
