Dear Sir, I just got a call from yatra customer care service at 3:15pm on 28th April regarding a complaint i had submitted and when i asked the customer care person (a girl) a question instead of answering the question the hung up on me and didn't even bother talking dealing with the issues in the right manner i am very disappointing with ur service and this is the second time the customer care service is acting poorly and i am very much disappointed. I want some serious measures to be taken regarding this case and also the previous complaint that i made which has been pending for the last 6 months now.
