[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Ticket not confirmed

I had booked 3 return tickets from kolkata to agartala on 06th october 2016, onward journey being on 25th december 2016 and return journey on 30th december 2016. However, even though the onwrd journey has been confirmed, the return journey is yet to be confirmed. My yatra booking reference number is[protected]. Money has already been paid for the round trip.

I tried to call their customer support, but could not reach through any of the support staff.
