[Resolved] Yatra.com — Amt deducted but no booking confirmation received | |||
On 5th on this month i tried to book 2 days hotel stay in Ajmer via yatar.com & i made the payment via Net banking. But after the money got deducted from my account, i was forwarded to a "404 error" page not to the booking confirmation page.When i called the yatra CC they told me to drop me a email to [protected]@yatra.com mentioning issue & refund will be make. After dropping the mail i only once got communication from yatra CC asking me to provide all the details of the transaction. It has been 9/10 days almost that i have shared all the details with yatra CC/risk department but till now neither i got my refund or any further communication from them. Let me know why there is delay in refund or why you guys are not responding to the details i have shared. Pls refund me Rs. 3965 which was deducted from my account of 5th of this month. BR//...
