Refund after purchasing cancelation protection on yatra. Com

I booked a flight ticket thru yatra portal and the flight got cancelled by the airlines, airlines recunded full amount ie Rs6345/-to yatra but yatra processed the refund of Rs5846/- to me inspite of my cacnelation protection worth Rs 659/- which i have purchased at the time of booking....

Payment deducted but booking not done

I booked a flight round trip from Delhi to Mumbai (31st March to 9th may) through yatra and paid using Paytm. Money has been debited from my paytm successfully and paid to yatra but my trip hasn’t been booked. This is highly terrible service. I want immediate assistance with this.

Money debited but booking not done

I booked a flight round trip from Delhi to Mumbai (31st March to 9th may) through yatra and paid using Paytm. Money has been debited from my paytm successfully and paid to yatra but my trip hasn’t been booked. This is highly terrible service. I want immediate assistance with this.

No insurance policy document received

I had purchased CANCELLATION PROTECTION with my air-tickets (Booking Ref No.[protected] but did not receive the POLICY DOCUMENT. I will need the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees, if I cancel my tickets. Please send me the document immediately. I did not receive it when I booked my tickets nor is it available for download on your website....

Not able to file TDR and want refund

I have booked the train ticket from www.yatra.com but booked ticket was in waitlisted and after chart prepared booked ticket is in RAC. So i want to cancel the ticket but unable to process that because of chart prepared. Then i have option to file the TDR but it was also failed to file the TDR from Yatra App. Now they denied for the refund.

Required refund of the train ticket due to unable to file the TDR from there app....

Booked flight ticket under yatra cancellation protection policy but no insurance policy for claim

Not able to claim refund as no liberty insurance policy number given. No customer support also.
Kindly give insurance details as soon as possible, so I can claim within given time period...

Policy number needed to claim refund

Hi, My name is Shivam Singh & I had to cancel my flight booked from Yatra with booking ref no[protected]

The flight was covered under cancellation protection but I did not received any policy document, pls share the policy certificate no with me as I need that to claim refund....

Flight ticket not booked but money from account got debited

When I tried to book flight ticket to travel from Bareilly to Bangalore on 23rd Feb 2022 to travel on 1st March 2022 through yatra website, amount for Rs.19691/- got debited from my Debit Card Account but ticket was not booked.

I got a debit message from the bank but there was no booking confirmation from Yatra and it said the booking was failed.

Hence I request Yatra to refund the amount debited ASAP.

Payment Deducted but tickets not booked

Hi,
I booked a trip from Hyderabad to Coimbatore on Feb 21 2022. Journey date is 27th Feb 2022. My payment was made through Gpay UPI method. Payment was debited from my account and the ticket is not booked and I also didn't get the booking reference number also. I checked with GAPY customer care, they have confirmed that there is no issue from their side. Got the same confirmation from bank also. They asked to check with Merchant....

I proceed for a bud booking from tirunelveli to kulasekaram. I made payment and money has been debited from my account but didn't receive any confirmation mail or message for my booking. Money got deducted but didn't get the booking details

My booking was for 19.02.2022 to 21.02.2022 which is . I paid for the booking which is starting from tomorrow, but didn't get my booking details. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as I have to checkin tomorrow....

Refund amount and lack of customer service support

I made my booking thru yatra but had to call air india to cancel. So I did. There was a penalty which I accepted. For an approx 80, 000 ticket, the penalty was around 20, 000 and I expected an approx of 60, 000/ That's what was explained to me as well, and these are the cancellation charges as per yatra as well. Air tickets paid but unconfirmed

I booked 3 domestic flights for a round trip (Booking reference no.[protected] amounting to more than Rs.27k at 17:22 hrs today. The transaction was successful, and the money was deducted from my account however, the booking is still UNCONFIRMED with no PNR number generated. I immediately contacted Yatra customer care, where I was told that it is a matter of technical glitch from the side of the airlines and that the case will be forwarded...

YA:26908441' Fwd: REBOOKING USING CREDIT SHELL - PNR: KFJTTV

I had made a booking (Indigo Airlines) which had to be cancelled due to Covid. I received a credit shell of Rs. 10, 282 .
At the time of booking I was studying at Ashoka University and using my university email id as user id. I do not have access to that email id as I have since passed out o[censored]niversity.
I have since asked Yatra to change my email id...

Dear Sir
I was trying to book my flight ticket from Delhi to Goa (roundtrip) on 7/2/22.
An amount of Rs. 27237 was deducted from my account, but booking was not confirmed.
This is really disturbing.
Please refund my amount of Rs. 27237 to my payment method immediately as I have other important expenditures to do.
Its a huge amount.

Tickets refund

I have canceled tickets with airlines they have confirmed that full refund has been processed and tickets are canceled. However, Yatra doesn’t seem to have any update they keep on closing my tickets which I open via email. I have been chasing with them more than a week now. Now they have disabled my account I can’t even check my refund status...
