Refund for Cancelled Tickets

We have booked Air ticket of Air India Flight on 28 Feb 2021 for 20 March 2021 from Raipur To Mumbai.

Due to avoidable circumstances, we have canceled our tickets on 22 Feb 2021. Yet we have not received the refund amount.

Please inform the refund status....

After reaching reception we came to know that, hotel management has changed long back and denied the booking...

Refund not provided for the airline tickets

I booked to and from tickets last year from Yatra. For onward journey I booked Indigo flight and for Return, it was SPICEJET. Both the flights were cancelled due to lockdown. Indigo promptly issued refund and Yatra processed the refund to my account. However, for SpiceJet, the airlines delayed the refund. In January 2020 i booked two return tickets between Copenhagen, Denmark and Kolkata, India for myself and my wife of Air India to travel in April from Yatra.com . Then COVID stuck and all the flights were cancelled. Later India Govt. and Air lines announce that all the tickets can be rescheduled. Money deducted while transaction failed

Hi Team,

While booking a ticket using SBI Net Banking on 02/03/2021 around 13:34, the transaction failed but the money Rs.9816 got deducted from my account.
Could you please help me in the refund process ?

Refund not credited to payment source

I cancelled my tickets within 24hrs and a 3 weeks in advance. I was promised that my payment would be credited to the payment source but they held partial amount in ewallet. I want my money back at any cost....

Bus Cancelled by operator, I booked bus in yatra.com but got cancellation message from ABHIBUS with Same PNR Number AT[protected] and I confirmed with bus operator as well. All the relevant Screenshots have been attached, no response from yatra even after several emails and no customer care number for yatra.

Please do needful...

I booked a Lodge using Yatra.com.

When I reached the location, I was informed by Aruna Lodge owner that he never registered his Lodge in any online booking portal.
I tried calling customer care of Yatra but no one picked. I even dropped an email to support I'd but got a reply after 2 days.If...

Refund is not credited to bank account

Booking ref[protected] . The airlines had cancelled the flight and raised a full refund 12402 to yatra . But still yatra is not yet processed to my bank account . It’s been nearly 9months . No one is responding to my emails and no customer call service to speak to their representatives...

Unable to do booking using my money in wallet

My flight ticket was cancelled by the airline due to covid and they have refunded my money to Yatra. In my Yatra account the money is reflected (only half of the total money paid). Now I need to travel but I am unable to do the booking at Yatra website. When I try to login to the Yatra website it suggests to logon to new website which I cannot do so. When my brother tries to login to the new website he is able to do so with his email ID....

Payment got deducted but tickets not booked

I tried to book tickets from Bangalore to Goa and Goa to Bangalore from yatra and payment got deducted and due to some technical issues from yatra tickets didn’t get booked. I tried to reach out to them with several mails. But I have not heard back from them. It’s not a small amount. It is RS 15000. I don’t know why they have opened business if their Customer support sucks...

Refund and ticket confirmation failed

I've followed as per the instructions given by the yatra app but the ticket isn't confirmed which shows failed but the amount debited from my bank account which is ridiculous. Fraud people don't ever use this app very worst customer service. Why there is no phone support for train and bus tickets which is only available for flights. Even a food delivery app have phone support why should not u.???? Just remove bus and train booking from your...
