I booked a round flight on Yatra.com on 26-3-24 from delhi to Singapore payment deducted but no booking confirmation. I received a mail that ill get my refund back from yatra in 30 minutes but its been 506hours my refund has not been credited neither its showing in yatra application for my refund...

I booked a flight from Yatra.com for the 15th of March, 2024 from Bengaluru to Guwahati(Air India Express - 8:20 departure and 11:10 arrival). All the details were taken and I made the payment through UPI the transaction receipt for which is attached here. It is clearly visible there that the payment was done and received by Yatra. The amount was deducted from my account but I did not get any booking details or confirmation. I tried to track...

I have booked the flight ticket from pune to singapore. My amount is deducted but i have neither got the confirmation nor the ticket. Could you please check the same urgently as my amount of 23513 is deducted.

I wanted to travel from Rajahmundry to Cochin and i used my snap-mint id for the purpose. Due to technical problem the transaction got failed but the amt was deducted from my bank account....

I booked an indigo flight 6E-993 which was scheduled for 24th February. 2024 on 1st February 2024 through yatra.com.
I opted for UPI payment and was redirected to the payment page. I received a request of Rs.4986 on my Phonepe account and I made the payment on the same request, i have attached a screenshot of the completion of the transaction on the same account which was of yatra.com

My money got deducted but the payment...

This flight got cancelled from Indigo itself and they sent us the credit note stating that your refund has already been given to your travel partner who is Yatra.com
We initiated refund with Yatra.com with steps they have given. On which we see status that refund is processed and also we sent mail to support team where they say the same thing but we did not receive anything...

Booked return ticket from Ahmedabad to Mumbai.

Flight from Ahmedabad to mumbai has pnr of 000000. Confirmation awaited.

Return flight is booked.

Please look into the matter and resolve the same.

I recently made a booking on Yatra with the reference number[protected]. The order number for Snapmint is 14547899. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue related to the payment for this booking.

I had book ticket from yatra.com on 20 Jan 2024 around 9pm . My booking was confirmed. Later on i realised I had 2 bookings for same name. I am trying to yatra.com since then to check or cancel within 24hrs but i have no response as well as they are charging me for this whereas as per airline rule cancellation for such type is - full refund. I have booked a hotel using yatra website and has done the payment, immediately after the payment has done instead of redirecting to website it has redirected to a page it was saying that to contact support.This is so disgusting to grab money when someone trusted you.

On 2nd December I have purchased a ticket from yatra website, I was redirected to the payment gateway but as soon as the payment was successful the yatra site blanked out and redirected me to home page without any reference against my payment. I am contacting them till from 2nd they asked the details of payment and till date it has been a week and no revert back of the payment has been initiated and also the fact when I call the customer...

I booked a flight from yatra source and the travel was confirmed, because of cyclone and flood, flight got cancelled from airlines side and refunded entired paid amount from their side to yatra, but these yatra people charged Rs 1200 as convinence charge and refunded remaining which seems like cheating people...

Please provide customer care number for rescheduling a flight. Facing lots of issue in rescheduling the corporate ticket....
