[Resolved] Yatra.com — Bus booking Cancellation Refund not received | |||||
I have booked 3 bus tickets on Yatra.com I had to cancel all 3 of them within the next 2 days. The journey was not before 3 days of cancellation. According to Yatra Bus booking Cancellation Policy, I am entitled to get 80% of my booking amount as refund. However, I was informed that i would be getting less than 50% of my booking amount. I have written to them regarding this. Its been 2 days and neither have I got a reply nor my refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
