[Resolved] Yatra.com — Cancellation of bus without any information | |||||
On the night of 24th march 2016 i booked a bus ticket from gandhinagar to udaipur on yatra.com boarding time and date 8:45 am 25th march 2016. 1 hour before the boarding time when i inquired about the if there is any delay travel agency said the bus has been cancelled. I didn't received any messages of sudden cancellation from them. Then i booked another ticket boarding time and date 12:15 pm 25th march 2016 on yatra.com. Same thing happened again, this bus also get cancelled due to some unknown reason. Again didn't received any messages from them about the cancellation. After these two incidents when i called yatra.com to complain about it, they said they don't have any information about this. If the buses are really cancelled, i will get my refund. They weren't seemed like they have any regret about my inconvenience. Because of this my whole plan and day got ruined. I would like to register a complain against yatra.com for their nonprofessional behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||||
