Yatra.com — Cancellation of refundable air ticket | |||
I have booked an air ticket for my daughter ARADHANA MAHANTA date of journey 30/7/2015 which was refundable/economy from JORHAT-DELHI. This was cacelled afterwards.But to my surprise they have not refunded a single rupee.I have contacted Yatra several times via emails there answer was negative.They told me to contact Jet airways.When contacted they told that I should get some amount after deducting the cancellation charges.But still Yatra didn't refund.I am attaching the ticket for your references. Please update your comment.As per call received from cash department at 3.17 pm mob no [protected] my refund is under process and will be deposited in my account
