dear yatra care, thanks for your reply, and we have seen that you have not given your name after best regards, this also showing how you care and affraid to dare the customer ? its a biggest question mark of yatra.com management that how badly you try to hide from the problem which are the thousands of customers facing,
even last 4 month you have not solved our problem, and your stafff miss behaving badly with us when we ask our 1, 30, 000 rupees ...its what cheating, fraud ...
last time we given the reference of this matter that- your Yatra.com Ahemdabad office head, Mrs. RoopKanta Handling this, and last 60 days she was also hiding ...

Yatra.com is indeed cheating customers,
I read that they are giving 100% cash back terms of ecn bus bookings.After booking I came to know that we cannot use this ecash for bus booking .What kind of cash back is that. Yatra you might succeed in conning people but in the end you will pay a heavy price, people who founded yatra you are responsible for this as your company cheats people.
