[Resolved] Yatra.com — Cheating customers by Yatra.com | |||
I have opted for a domestic hotel booking(Ref.S1024496).The yatra executive told that rooms are available and made me pay the whole amount 13, 296Rs.Once payment was made, they provided a voucher .But no details on the hotel booked, contact number or anything.Tried calling the executive, but line was not connected.I was fed up of calling customer care, even after waiting for 15-30 mins on line, no one will answer.Finally got fed up as the booking was not confirmed.My holiday plans were spoiled and asked them for refund.They told the refund will be done within 2 working days and still no updates on that yet.
