Yatra.com — Denying the service after getting confirmation | |||
Hotel Tamilnadu (a Ttdc Hotel) Palani Booking reference: [protected] | Booked on: Thu, 19 Mar 2015. Check-in :Sat 04-Apr-2015, Check-out: Sun 05-Apr-2015. Booking is confirmed by yatra.com and recieved the hotel voucher. Later hotel person calls and informs no vaccancy for the date. I have contacted with yatra customercare they informed me to wait 48 hours. Then they came back with a lternative lodge, iI have confirmed that. Later they mailed that there is no vaccancy in that lodge so wait 48 hours. after 3 days they informing that there is no rooms available in palani. will arrange room in madurai which is 119kms away from palani. When i check with other hotels in palani via phone there have vaccancy for dates. So yatra.com is denying the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
