Its bring to your attention malafide intention on Yatra’s Part to play around with my confirmed hotel bookings for Daman for 3 nights stay. Ref number : [protected]. It was also a frustrating experience connecting with any of the super-visor for domestic Hotels, I have called number of times to reach for & requested a call back but to no avail. I have made the confirmed booking on dec 06 for 3 night stay at Hotel dariya darshan in daman via Yatra portal for year end, after talking to the hotel I get to know that my booking is still not confirmed & there is a rate negotiation going on with Yatra. They confirm the bookings without confirming the same with respective Hotel & was misleading & unjustifiable. i did talk to Hotel owner & he told me that they never confirmed the ticket booking & same confirmed by yatra was false & misleading, he asked me to take action against yata management. Yatra on their part instead of owning their fault asked me to pay more in name of dinner charges which is at first place not appropriate as hotel never sold night stay & dinner separately what they sold is a package. i already booked my to n fro tickets & asking yatra to settle this appropriately & provide me with alternate accommodation if this did not work else i have to take legal route to get this settled.
