I booked e-Ticket Mumbai to Kochi & return Booking Reference No.301015F99886 for dt 8/11/2015 to 13 /11/2015, when I get mail copy of same I came to know that the date on it was 8/05/2016 & 13/05/2016 I inquire about this mistake to Go Air Company No.[protected] on 3/11/2015 from my LL no.[protected], they told me contact your booking agent, so I mail yatra.com on 4/11/2015.Again I phoned Yatra customer care No.[protected], They denies their mistake & ask me cancel the ticket & deduct the penalty, It is near about Rs.14000/- from my booking amount Rs.21444/- So this is unfair & unethical practice They refund me all booking amount Was this information helpful? | |||||
