This is to bring in your kind attention, the inconvenience I had to go through on our shimla trip. I had booked 3 nights stay for 2 families and hotel mayur dishonored confirmed bookings (YATA[protected] and YATA[protected]. We stood stranded there for 3 hrs. and your staff (Harit, Rohit, Sonia and Adil) could not arrange anything to cover up this mess. I had to make my own arrangements and shell out extra money on that. Money is one thing, we could not enjoy our trip due to this mental tension. Reference No. [protected] Your booking has been confirmed. Please find attached your hotel booking voucher in PDF format.
