[Resolved] Yatra.com — Misleading hotel information | |||
I have booked a hotel through Yatra.com for 3 days in annavaram at Ganesh residency hotel. There were two room types non standard and deluxe with lake view and they had pics of the rooms. We booked the hotel and on arrival we found out there are no deluxe rooms and the pics shown in the website are not for that hotel and the worst the bathroom had no door. Called yatra to cancel the booking but they came back saying hotel is declining to cancel the room and provide refund. I spoke to the manager at hotel and he said none from the yatra had called and he is fine to cancel the room. I paid 2000 for a day for the room and the max hotel was charging was only 1500.
