Yatra.com — Not providing required hotel bill | |||||
Hi, I am a govt employee. Went for an official trip to chennai. I stayed at Hotel Raintree, St marys Road, Chennai(Ph[protected] for a pd of 4 days frm 1st to 5th Oct 2015. I made this booking for my stay thru Yatra.com(web site Refrence no [protected]). Hotel didnt give me bill, mentioning that they will send the bill to Yatra, the agent thru which they get bookings. And Yatra .com is giving me Hotel Invoice mentiong the consolidated amount of money that they have recieved from me (Not a detailed bill ) Problem Issue : Govt offices ask a detailed bill frm Hotel mentioning the tariff and charges for breakfast and other services they have provided in the bill for reimbursment purposes as it is different for different categories of employee. Request: Kindly loook into this matter and help me to get the hotel bill which i shuold get, for which i have paid my hard earned money for it. thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||||
