[Resolved] Yatra.com — Pre booked and payment made (before one week) hotel room was bounced back just few hours before stay | |||
I have pre booked a hotel through yatra.com for my stay in Kodaikanal and have paid the full amount well in advance(one week before). To my surprise the customer care called me the day before my stay date . Since I was travelling I couldn't attend their call, but they left me with a message to call back without communicating the information. I tried to call the number which they mentioned but got no response. To find out why I called the customer support number and asked the reason, to my surprise they said my room booking was declined by the hotel and they also said me to they cant find another room. They were soo lethargic to inform me only few hours before our stay without any alternative. Because of them I have to cancel all of my plan and return. For good sake I went with my Friend, if I would have travelled with my family we would have ended up with a very big problem. I will surely not return to yatra.com for any bookings and I will not suggest my frds too even if yatra.com provides booking for free

My ticket was not booked and my money was lost, it lost 6000 for my booking but it was not booked, please give my refund and, i want my money BACK
