Hey, This is inform to you that we don't get proper facility on trip. we have purchased AC sleeper from Delhi to riskiness. you guys changed bus timing again and again in a day. after confirm bus time we have received wrong address massage from yatra.com for boarding. when we reached to bus there was many much confusion to bus operator he take too much time to confirm us seat.when bus started water has fall down on us which was completely worst moment.we were late by 3.5 hours.Seat number was changed. seriously we are not satisfied with your facility and i want my money back from yatra.com. we have proper pictures of water falling. i request you please look into this and refund other wise i will submit a case in consumer court. This is with reference to bus booking, under Yatra Reference Number[protected].
We would like to inform you that we have checked with the operator. As per them operator can change the seats numbers manually without information to customers based on the senior citizen and lady passengers. This might be the reason for change in seat number.
Also they are saying that there is no complained regarding bus delay and water falling from AC. So no refund due to this ticket.
We hope this matter will not prejudice your view of Yatra.com and we look forward to assisting you with your future travel plans.
