[Resolved] Yatra.com — Shows fake prices and then cheats by charging more money. | |||
I booked a round the trip flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to Ahmedabad. As my cousin passed away and had to suddenly leave, Yatra.com booked my tickets deducted 16408 Rs. from my account and then their mail says, the departure tickets PNR status is not confirmed and the return ticket is confirmed. Are you people fooling customers?? Whats the use of return ticket if the departure ticket is not booked. The customer care person who was supposed to call within 3 hours called after 5 hours and he says that selected departure tickets was not available at the time of booking so the tickets booking was not confirmed . This is ridiculous, how could you deduct the amount if that ticket in that fare is not available at that time. How can you show fake charges of tickets on the site and deduct that amount? And after that I was charged extra 2000 Rs. for getting my departure ticket booked. This is shameful Yatra.com, Is this the way you fraud with customers??!!
