Yatra.com — Sub-standard service in exchange for exorbitant price. Complete lack of customer service.

My family booked a holiday package through Yatra.com - after we landed up at our destination, we realised that the hotels we were given are not even 1 star - the hotels are located way out of place, the rooms don't even have basic amenities. A lot of the information given in the itinerary was false - including distances and travel times. When we called Yatra.com to ask for a clarification, they keep putting us on hold - or promise to call us back but don't so so. The managers are perpetually at lunch or out of office. They have ruined our holiday - and took a huge chunk of money to do so!
