[Resolved] Yatra.com — Threating to make payment | |||
I booked my International Package with Yatra on 27th Feb 2015 and made an initial payment of 20, 000INR. After my initial payment, none of the yatra representatives were courteous enough to call back and inform me about the details of the package or any action items from my end. I myself kept on calling them and mailing them on several occasions to know the details and action item from my side, however, none of them were couterous enough to call back. Due to certain unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my trip. I informed the same to Yatra representative's, however, got shock of my life when they threatened me to make payment of additional 20, 000INR for cancellation of my trip. The representative Sargun Diwan has mentioned that in case of failure of payment they will reach out to there payment recovery team. I informed the representative that as per yatra policy the complete package booking is only done upon 90% or full payment from the client and that too +7 days from the date of booking, and in my case which was a clear miss from there end. I have the written mail from Sargun from his official ID commanding me to make the payment and if not made would send my details to his payment recovery team.
