[Resolved] Yatra.com — Ticked not given but amount deducted | |||
I booked ticket with reference No.[protected]. The amount was deducted b ut ticket was not confirmed. Yatra representative called me to charge extra amount for the same ticket by saying that the ticket amount has been increased. When I told him to return my money, they told it will take another 5-7 business days to revert back. How to book the new ticket without the money, if they will refund it back in 5-7 days. Why cant it be done immidiately when they can take it from me immidiately. Was this information helpful? | |||
