Extremely frustrated with yatra for the unprofesstional execution Of my kerala vacation tour rEquest By Mohan maheto And niti tyagi. Nikhil kalra made us Pay the while amount for flight and stay tickets. He Just made flight tiCkets and passed on the request to Mohan, Mohan is extremely unprofessioNal and never came back with any update On Our stay. Yatra made us pay for 4 star stay and now gave us a patheTic 3 star hotel stay for which Again we haven't goT Any detaiLs. Our Request is going back and forth since Aug 2 and we have to travel on aug 15. KindLy gIve me a call back and immedietly sort this matter.
