[Resolved] Yatra.com — Wrong Ticket Dates | |||
Dear Team, Yesterday I have booked some tickets for my family (Yatra Ref No [protected]). I have selected the dates 16 March 14 to 20 March 14. But I was shocked when I got the tickets for 16 November 14 to 20 November 14. I have checked twice while booking the tickets. I cant afford the reschedule charges, I One again I am focusing on the fact that i have selected the correct dates. But the Yatra.com is completely denying from the fact. The total cost of tickets is Rs 31, 034 and the are charging Rs 21, 290 to reschedule/Cancel it. They will give me only Rs 9, 845 as balance amount in case of cancellation.
