[Resolved] Yatra.com — YH1816618- Shortfall on promises and providing below grade services for Holiday package of Manali | |||
I have booked my Holdiays with Yatra for Manali for 3 members. The poor experience started just from the day 1 where in the VOLVO seats which were booked has been changed without prior notice and we were forced to travel on different seats. HOtel which was claimed to be a 3 star has given below grade rooms, Full day CAB was booked for total tour package but was not provided on day 3 and half day on day 5. Rohtang tour was planned on day 3 at 5 am with exclusive vehicle for which on last moment at 8pm a day before forcefully asked to travel by Bus which was denied looking at young daughter was there and i was forced to cancel the Rohtang tour for which full money was charged by Yatra. Total shortcomings on Yatra part where Hotel was given with lower than promised quality and nothing has been done after registering the complaint also. Same was with the travel agent of YATRA as change in seat in Volvo, 1 Day no CAB given, 1 Day Half day CAB was provided. With all This i have gone through a lot of mental agony with YATRA. Total Disappointed with the kind o[censored]nprofessional approach of such a big name. Atleast they should not refund 50% of my tour cost as compensation for mental harassment.
