Yatratimes — Not able to even contact yatratimes after paying 10999 rupees for holiday package | |||
Sir/Madam, I have purchased a holiday package from yatra times on 29/12/2014 which is valid upto 28/12/2015. I have been trying to call the customer care numbers of yatratimes, but none of their number is working. I have also send many mails to their e-mail IDs, but there is no response. I have spent 10999 rupees to purchase this package. I was to be provided 4 night stay in a hotel for 4 people and so on according to this package. But now nobody is there t take my request for hotel booking. I am unable to contact the yatratimes as there site is also not working. Please tell the way out. Was this information helpful? | |||
