. Details history : Yatri 4 travel company executive mr. Mayank send mail on [protected]@gmail.com date: 28-sep-2015 for holidays scheme of rs.8999. Mr mayank call to bhadreshbhai b. Sheth and explain regarding travel scheme. Mayank has promise to book hotels from hotel/resort list given by them. Then we agree to buy 1 package of rs.8999 for bhadreshbhai bipinchandra sheth and 2 packages of rs. 25998.00 (12999+12999) for hiren bhadreshbhai sheth. We deposited cash 8999 - dt: 09-oct-2015 12999 - dt: 02-nov-2015 12999 - dt: 19-nov-2015 Total - 34997.00 paid amount to yatri 4 travel hdfc bank account no : [protected], branch : mathura, ifsc code - hdfc0000268 (Note: company in noida and branch in mathura) Our membership id : y4t6186m - bhadreshbhai b. Sheth : y4t6187m - hiren b. Sheth : y4t6188m - hiren b. Sheth Mr. Mayank send us vouchers and hotel list for selection for holiday packages and free reebok bags were not send to us. We fill voucher and send to yatri4travel. I (Hiren b. Sheth) plan travel to bangalore, coorg, mysore, ooty, bangalore - from 15-april-2016 to 25-april-2016. Then i gave my hotel selection for given dates (Mention in mails). They are failed to give me hotel confirmation for my holidays and lingering such matter for delay in booking for hotel/resort. Dinesh wahi, kaustav, ajay hooda send me cheap/local guest house hotels names for travel destination. In hotel selection catalogue they send me 4 and 5 star ratings hotels (Mention in documents). In lastest mail dt: jun 27, 2016 at 4:46 pm they said me : the list of resorts is examples and used for promotional purposes only. Their concern person says us, we can book any hotels from selection in hotel list. When i requested to book such hotels, then they refuse and say we have no availbe for such dates. More then 60 calls i try, only few calls they receive and make it excuses / gives falls reason to give me reply. Mr. Suraj argue not to call on number: +91-[protected]. He said me customer care department will call you. Till date 20-june-2016 not a single call has came from customer care dept. I have list of calls. I have all mail evidences. They are offering 4 and 5 star hotels in calls marketing and during time of booking they give us lodges and local guest houses which names are not available in their hotel list. They says that we will call you for further details and booking. This yatri 4 travel company have few persons/group and make a plan to cheat/fraud with sincere persons. Each time different person talk with us and next time that person does not available in company. They all are frauders and cheaters. Sir from mails conversation you will easily known this fraud case. Many persons are cheated by this company, i have attach few complaints from other person as a support documentry evidence. As you will read mail conversation will get better view of their frauds. Both hotels is available for such dates.

Then sir why you ignore me to book such dates for Us.
For 15 April to 25 April I have request your company to book Hotels in Bangalore, Coorg, ooty, Mysore. Then also you failed to give me my selective hotels.
Sir why you cheats customers like this way.
During registration you show good hotels and during booking you don't provide such hotels.
Is it Fair work Mr. Dinesh wahi and Team ?
Are you doing good job ?
You and your team is failed both time too book my selective hotels.
I have faces losses due to your not giving confirmation for such hotels.
My request to book Cama Rajputana or Hotel hillock
For mount ABU.
In will travel when this hotels have availability as per your dates.
Inform me before 7 days.
Thanks for your service for extension of dates.
But I cannot go for cheap local guest house with my family.
Will you travel with your family safely in this cheap hotels which u provide me for mount ABU in previous mails.

All I have learned while going through the complaints that Each and every customer want the booking according to their desire and not ready to abide the conditions which must be followed in terms to obtain the bookings.
First they ignore all the condition and least bothered to check any single of them before making the payment. After paying they make their own rules to use the services.
Kindly Note: In terms to use your package, you need to fill the booking request form and send it back to us. on receiving of that form we will share you the availability mail containing the list of hotel available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.

We are extremely sorry for this, but as per the T&Cs Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases). And we are not getting any availability on your requested dates for Cama Rajputana & Hotel Hillock for Mount Abu.
Hence, as a gesture of goodwill, we have decided not to stretch this matter anymore & we can provide you booking (Validity will expire on Aug 9, 2016) according to the booking availability.
Please note the following points in order to obtain this offer, Please find below and see how many of them you have followed:
In order to obtain this offer, the Booking request voucher must be completed (with keeping the below mention points in mind) and mailed to the Yatri 4 Travel at the address given.
Please mention your Booking Id on the form i.e. your Membership ID.
Provide all your details i.e. Name, address, contact details, email address.
Write down the number of dependents i.e. no. of person travelling excluding you.
Please provide with two different dates and destination.
Please note: fill the column according to your priority. We always try to book the customer on their first preferred travel date and destination.
Please ensure that there is a minimum of 4-7 nights’ difference between the 1st and the 2nd date.
Please provide two different destinations not the resorts / resort name.
Please ensure that the first preferred date chosen by you is at least 30 days away from the date your are sending the booking form i.e. a minimum of 30 days advance booking is required for any booking. E.g. if your 1st preferred date in the booking form is 18th April, then your booking form should be sent to us on or before 18th March.
Please don’t forget to put down your signature in the booking form
All booking request has to made at minimum 21 and maximum 30 days in advance from the date of travel.
Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so under the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Strictly one booking per voucher and house hold. Only one voucher will be accepted per mail.
A confirmation letter will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 Days before the date of check-in.
Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases).
The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties is strictly subject to availability.
Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.
