This order was placed on 17 aug 2014 and the order was not delivered and i have spoken to customer care four times.First the customer care executive said that the order could not be delivered and said the amount will be refunded back into the bank account and after few days again i called back the care center executive said the amount would be returned in the form of coins and they did not returned and again i called the care executive on 23 sep 14 he said the order was not cancelled and it will take 10 more days to refund in the form of coins.I requested the care executive to initiate a full refund but he denied and said i am help less.
