Yepme — Cash refund | |||||
I had purchased two pairs of shoes from yepme.com.when I received my courier I find the quality of the product was very poor so I requested for a cash refund.they did a reverse pickup courier of the products. As per yepme the quality control of the product happened on 16th June. As per the yepme cash refund policy they take maximum 21 days for the refund.but after 32 days I'm still waiting for my refund . whenever I call to yepme customer service they just had only one answer is that I will get my refund in 48 hours. I have already contacted them to 6-7 time but I didn't got any satisfactory answer. My order no[protected] Complain no - 2665460 I'm totally dissappointed with yepme service. Please do the needful. What's going on why u r putting my refund.on hold by so many days. I didn't understand how much time u need for a cash refund.i speaked to your customer service representative on Monday he told me that for the last time I have to wait for Saturday for my refund but still I didn't get a single penny u make me fool again.i am begging to your team for the last 38 days for my money which u are not willing to give me back.what kind of service is this.?
