I placed two orders on 26th April.
Only one order got placed and other got cancelled.

But for cancelled order, amount (Rs.286) got deducted.
My Bank branch says, amount got deducted from my account.
And they have given me bank Transaction Reference Number: 573884975.

Can you check this issue and revert back with my amount?

It has been almost one month, still no response from Yepme. Customer care mail id is not working even some of their toll free numbers....

Sir first of all i want to tell you that i have buy an tee shirt on yepme obviously when the post man deliver this me i checked this tee shirt is too large and not body fit so i kindly request to you plz refund my money in my favour thanks i think yepme is good for shopping i like yepme it is good shopping maul but why the quality of cloth is dull plz make good clothes...

I have purchased two shoes from yep through online, dt.20.03.16, vide order no.30590634, metirial received on 28.03.16, due to some size problem i was return to the delhi company office on 10.04.16 as per the instruction from the company with in one month (online complaint also registered), but till date refund or replacement chance also not giving the company. i have given three complaint through on line to there site, no. 2601706 dt.30.04.16, 2621747 dt.11.05.16 and 2638476 dt.21.05.16, till date, i have not received any inquiry or phone or mail from the company.already two months over....

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered two pairs of shoe from via order no. 30769474 on 18th-April-2016 and they sent me a both the pairs of wrong size and with very poor material which is completely differ from the image they shown to me in their website. So I returned it to them on 23rd-April-2016 through courier (Courier receipt is attached with the complain). As per their policy I should get my refund amount in 14 to 21 days. But its the 24th day and I have still not got my money back. Even they promised to reimburse the payment of courier but I haven't got that also. Please...

I ordered few products with yepme and partially returned the ordered. There started my ordeal with yepme.
The returned goods reached you guys on 29th april although you guys said it was verified on 2nd may,

Issue number 1 - coupon which covers the shipping cost
Call 1 - 2nd may - i was informed i will receive in a day
Call 2 - 3rd may - i was informed i will receive in 5-7 days
Call 3 - 10th may - i was informed i will certainly receive it in 2-3 days
Call 4 - 13th may - i was informed i will receive in 5-7 days.
I haven't received...

Order id- 31082811 has 7 products in it. Order was supposed to deliver on 19th May but it is yet to be dispatched. We are following up with customer care from 18th May but from last 3 days they are giving the same answer we will dispatch in 24 hours. They dont understand customer's urgency. We have ordered winter wear because we r going to hill station this weekned and it was showing delivered date as 19th May and now tomorrow we are leaving and we have no winter wears. I was raised a complaints of refund after 40 days of my continues calling they credited the amount but not the courier charges.. Every time we need to call and remind them they will not abide by their term and conditions...

I was dragged by them like anything.. My humble request is don't go for yepme since they are "sweet to sell and hard to serve"...

I have cancelled an order (order id : 30505255, dated 15march, 16 for which I have used a coupon from past order reimbursement. Its been 60 days now and I have not yet received my coupon yet. Whenever I call the customer care receive false statement of confirmation about receiving within 5 to 7 days. Every 7th day I call them they ask me to wait for more 5 to 7 days and the matter has been escalated and is on high priority. As it is being escalated for past 60 days

Since then i am continuously following for update even many times sent mail and open case but inspite of that there is not single update form yepme. I had ordered a pair of t-shirt on seller site on 13th of april, 2016 but the purchase got rejected by the seller site on 14th april, 2016 after i had already paid for them via mobikwik wallet which amounts to rupees nine hundred and eighty nine only (Rs 989). They assured that the sum would be refunded in my mobikwik wallet within 7 working days but now 23 days have passed and still i am yet to receive my refund. As per my telephonic discussion on 011-66372424, i am waiting for the resolution. I had placed two orders for which 490 yepme points must be given to me but on 4th may, i got an sms from your side that i have got 237 yepme points only. Why? Kindly check .

Hello i have booked order No-30933248 and the shoes size not fit for me,
i have mailed to customer care but i did not get any confirmation that how to return my product and i got a msg that i have to courier that product to Yepme.
so what benefit if customer has to send the product from his end.
Kindly arrange reverse pickup for the shoes or t-shirt which i was received big size.
And one more thing that do reverse pickup as sometime customers unable to courier that product.

Please do it from your self waiting for your reply....

I order from your website on 3 march 2016 with order number and returned the same on 18 march 2016. Since then my refund is pending and on each and every call they tell me refund will take place in 5 days. They also asked me for my bank to verify that i have not received the refund. Done that still no 30396112 work is done when i called them today they said your statemnt is being forwarded. Do you people need reminders from customers to do your work. I submitted my statement 2 weeks ago and when i asked to talk to a senior i was told i will receive a call but no one called . I regret my decisiin...

I had placed an order for a t shirt. Ir was delivered today. The t shirt's colour isn't as expected. So i want to return the product. The Yepme app is neither showing my order in the orders section nor the app has any option to place a return request. I tried to mail them on '' and place a return request. But their server is rejecting my email. I tried it twice still rejected. I request to place a return request for my order and kindly upgrade their app by adding a return option.

Last one weak back i ordered two pair of shoes in the yep yesterday i received my order through the cod when i open my pack i shocked because in that pack one pair of shoes k but another is the sandals ie also different one size is10 and another is 8 instead of the black formal shoes this is the one of cheating i never except from your company please solve my problem as early asproblem...
