Yepme — My Order ID 5655371 through Yepme, Bad experience | |||
I ordered for 2 shoes and the product got delivered to me as per the agreed time frame, 1 need to exchange the 2nd item as I have a size issue and the model doesn’t look like what I had ordered, I selected an alternate for a lesser value, now YEPME is not refunding me the price difference as I am purchasing a lesser value product… Its not fair. It was a gift and I am embarrassed I spoke with call centre after been disconnected twice and was on IVR for a long time, Consultant David was good but he is bound with Yepme procedure and hence he asked me to send the product 1st and shared the timelines More over they want me to send the product to Delhi and later they will check verify and send me a new product which will take 15 Business days from now.
