Yepme — Non delivery non refund

I ordered a Lee light grey polka fun pullover on 12 September. It was suppose to be delivered by 21 September. But I haven't got it yet. I cannot even track the order. Order Id is 15152692. Mobile no [protected]. It says that it is to be sent through fashionara.com but while contacting them, they say they did not receive any order. I cannot reach yepme customer care. None of the customer care number they provided are reachable. Not even the customer care mail. It seems like a fraud. I don't want their product anymore. Please refund my money within a week. If you the power please ban their website.
