Order no[protected] Website - yepme.com I have order shoes from the website yepme and done online transaction if rs 123. I have received an mail that your order is rejected but the payment of rs 123 was drawn from my account. I called in yepme customer care but they are telling that we have not done any transaction from your account Please help me to get out with this mess Was this information helpful? | |||

I have order a Watch from the website yepme and done online transaction of Rs. 618 by Mobikwik wallet. (Invoice of Mobikwik is attached herewith). I have received an SMS that your order is rejected but the payment of Rs. was drawn from my account.
I called in yepme customer care many times but they are telling that we will refund the amount. But till now I have not received refund from yepme.
Please help me to get out with this mess.
