I ORDERED FOR YEPME THEO WINTAGE JEANS ON 20 NOVEMBER 2014. 8.30 PM, ORDER NO 10949290, ON NOVEMBER 27 I GOT THE PRODUCT . I FELT THE PRODUCT VERY MUCH BELOW MY EXPECTATION, THE SAME DAY I REGISTERD FOR REFUND&SEND IT BACK TO YEPME ON 29 NOVEMBER, MY COMPLAINT ID IS 1165553. THEY RECIEVED THE PRODUCT ON 2 DEC, ASPER SPEED POST RECORDS, MY SPEED POST EXPENCE WAS RS 180, A SCANNED COPY OF THIS HAS BEEN SENT TO THEM, I SENT THREE MAILS UP TO DEC 5TH ASKING ABOUT THE QUALITY CHECK, THEY NEVER REPLIED. SO I CALLED THEM AT[protected], ( ITS VERY EXPENSIVE, 1.50 PAISE PER MINUTE, NO TOLL FREE CC NUMBER)THIS SHOWS VERY NON CUSTOMERFRIENDLY, NO REPLIES TO MAILS, THEN WE WILL BE FROCED TO CALL THIS NUMBER, SO FAR 30 RUPEES HAS GONE., THE GUY WHO ATTENDED MY CALL SAID THAT MY QUALITY CHECK WAS OVER ON DEC 3&CASH WILL BE REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 DAYS, I SEND THEM SO MANY MAILS ASKING ABOUT THE REFUND STATUS, SADLY NONE OF THEM ARE ANSWERED . SO I WAS FORCED BY THEM TO ASK ABOUT MY REFUND STATUS IN THE FACE BOOK, I NEVER MADE ANY WORDS AGAINST THEIR PUNISHING ATTITUDE, JUST ASKED WHATS MY REFUND STATUS, SUDDENLY THEY BLOCKED ME IN THE FACE BOOK, VERY UN DEMOCRATIC&PUNISHING ATTITUDE. AGAIN I CALLED THEM ON 13, DEC, REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME, YOUR CASH WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS. BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED, I CALLED THEM ON 18 DEC, THE LADY WHO ATTENDED MY CALL REPLIED, ME TO WAIT UP TO DEC22, THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING, THEN IT WILL BE 20 DAYS, MORE OVER ITS BREACH OF CONTRACT. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS, 10 DAYS FROM THE. QUALITY CHECK.THEY ARETAKING 20 DAYS IN MY CASE. . I RECORDED ALL THE THREE CALLS I MADE TO THEM, FOR MY SAFETY. .THEY AREPUNISHING ME BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM&BOUGHT FROM THEM, I DECIDED TO WAIT UP TO 22 DEC, IF NOT REFUNDED MY COMPLETE AMOUNT, SURELY I WILL APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT, I CANNOT WAIT FOR THEIR MERCY. IF ANYONE HAS ISSUES LIKE THIS LETS MOVE JOINTLY AGAINST THIS CHEATING.
