[Resolved] Yepme — Shoes is not perfect in size | |||||
My YepMe.Com order number was 32333222 and mobile number 85798177XX. I was placed order one Shoe in yepme on 20th September and it was delivered on 27th September, still i did get my product but its not perfect for me in size. Plz change my size and give me actual size 9inches if possible otherwise refund my amount as soon as i have no time to wait. This is in reference to your concern regarding the refund of Order No[protected] due to Size Issue. We are arranging for reverse pick up of your product in next 72 hours. The courier person will contact you before coming to your place. The courier person will provide you a courier receipt after successful handing over of the product to him by you. Once we receive the product, a quality check will be done. Post the quality check is cleared; refund would be initiated and would be processed into your bank account within 14-21 days. Kindly, be available on the confirmed date for the pick-up of your product. Cancellation of RVP leads to closure of complaint.
