I had a placed an order on yepme.com on 01.10.2017, but till today (On 7th day after placing the order) its status is under verification. I tried to call customer care no. But no one is picking the call. I am also tried to write a mail through the available option on its site, but thing is not good here is too. Page for complain booking is not open. Itt seems site is closed and i lost my money.

I have placed my order on 2-oct-17 in the yepme website using a gift code given by the indusind bank.. Which is still pending... And i am not able to contact to yepme customer care, they are willing to respond.. So i want to know that that when i will get a message regarding my order... My order no. Is[protected] customer care is not responding... I am continously trying to contact to the customer care number but no respond......

It is sorry to say that my order has been cancelled without any information. I booked an online order a pair of shoes vide order no 33840638 on 23 aug 17 by online payment.
Many time i tried to call customer care no. But no contact yet regarding the above matter.
It is requested to look into the matter forcefully and to arrange my my money refund....

It's very disappointing from yepme that even after 1-month the refund for the orders below hasn't been made.

I ordered kurti from yepme ;received on 5thoctober and its ripped, torned apart in front. Its badly smelly as if someone used it n returned, it was also very dirty.. I called cust care for more than half an hour no 1is responding.. No mail id for support im fedup n shocl to see such open cheat website.. I need my refund of 1000rupees.. My biggest blunder that i ordered from this foolish website.. Kindly help me..

I have ordered 3 items from yepme on dtd.05.10.17at 04:10 pm vide order no.33906756 but still i didn't get any confirmation call or message. I have paid in advance rs.1417/- for the products.
I am continuously calling the customer care no.[protected] but no one is picking the call. Its not a toll free no. So i m spending my money in calls and wasting my time too.
Please solve my problem....

I order yepmee shoes on 30 august...45 days over still i dont get any details about order...in yepmee app i checked order is not showing and i trying for customer care many times no one is responding calls... Order no[protected] is showing canceled in order tracking.. But i am not canceled.. So please arrange order delivery or refund of money... I made payment through credit card......

I have submitted an order 33900365at yepme.com on 27th sep 2017 and paid for the same online. The order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd oct however it was not delivered. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but there is no response. I checked the status of the order on-line it is showing as pending verification for the past one week. I have already paid for the order and i am concerned if the order will ever get delivered....

This is something weird experience about customer service on any e-commerce website in india. I keep calling them, first, on 10-05-17 & on 07-06-17, a lady spoke to me arrogantly & said i need to wait for refund at least 21 days after quality check is done. Though, almost 19 days were passed so i thought, its okay to wait for couple of days. & for orders mentioned above, the return was done for cloths but they missed on returning the money....

This online shopping website making fool, cheating customers my order number 33827117, 33889315 not delivered yet neither they refund my money from august, september. Even though they have barred their customer support number also[protected]. I am continuously trying to get in touch through messenger but they are not replying. Don, t buy anything this website...

I ordered two jeans in yep me, for which i paid online and they sent me an old products of which i got wrong product, these two jeans are stinky smells, i returned it but didn't accepted it when i sent for refund.
The yep me people didn't accepted it and they didn't provided valid consumer care number. I planned to file complaint in district forum but trying once in consumer complaint.in.

Though order status is showing that it is ready for dispatched with tracking no:*[protected]*. It is not dispatched and tracking number given by yepme is invalid.
I have confirmed tracking id with courier service, they are saying this is an invalid tracking id.
I suspect this is a fake tracking id yepme is providing. I am not receiving and email or call reply from yepme.
They are doing willful cheating with customers....

I ordered for some items, and paid thru net banking rs.2478 and get the msz that 'your order no.33744175 will be delivered to you within 4-6 days ' but i get nothing then i called on yepme cutomer care and he told me that your order is canceled due to unavailability of these products then he told me that we refund you, next time again i called after some days the person said that we can give you the refund in form of coupen code i agree for...

After 2/3 days the yepme site are cancell the order automatically, and not refund the amount
I was called 5/6 times, same they are always say, after 14-21 days your amount is refunded, but still i'm not getting the amount,

I ordered yepme clover premium kurti on 23/09/2017 with order no 33886546 and made online payment for the same. I canceled my order due to late delivery date after making online payment on dated 23/09/2017.
Company also sent me an sms regarding cancellation of my order and it was mentioned that the refund will be process within one week.
