I am complaining again because, there is not even a single response from yepme.
I am a student.. That's my savings money.. Is it a joke!! Either deliver my product or just refund my money naa.. It's irritating to call again and again.. No response, no reply.. If you don't have sufficient stock.. Then just refund my money naa..
Amount - 577 rs. If it doesn't happen.....

Sir i have purchased a kurti from yepme.com on 1 september of rs 418 after purchasing the product the sites has note sent me any mail or message of the product that it will be delivered to me on the address or not. The bill no is[protected]/payu india. I request you to kindle courier this product o the given address or refund the amount as soon as possible.

There is no details at email or mobile phone. I have gone through that option is continuing with email id. Not have password to open yep me my account. If its going for forget option. Its saying that pwd send you shortly.

I have tried to call couple of times to customer care no response.

I am feeling very bad. Please anyone help me to get this done.

My order no. 34090558 placed on 1 aug 2018 is not yet delivered. The website status says ready for dispatch. There is no email, none of the phone number works. The money has been debited from my account. It is a scam, if the company is bankrupt, why the website is still not pulled down so that no more customers get befooled by these people. I want my products if they cant then refund the money......

Expected delivery date was - 5th september 2018.
No one receives the call.. Not even a single time. No response from complaint. Tried calling numerous times. There is no information about the product on speed post tracking site....

I have placed order on march 10 2018. My order was cancelled without any prior intimation. And i called their customer care executive many times. All the time they told me wait for 15 days ur money will refunded. But still now not getting my money back. Order ID:[protected]. No:1 fraud, cheater, worst company who is stole the money of customer. Please help me to get the refund of money. Tell me if there is any other way to get refund. Anyone...

I place an order of a pair of shoes my order id is 34085616 when i check my product status it shows your product pending for dispach my order date is sunday 8th of july 2018 and now todays date is tuesday 4th of september i have already payment via debit card my payment is send to you succesful but still my product is not delivered i dont have refund but yepme give me my product thank you...

Several time i have written for refund, because yepme already collect my shoe as a return few moths back. But till date it is not done. I live kolkata i cannot go to delhi or faridabad for collect the money from yepme. As a good company they should refund to customer as soon as possible. Waiting your reply. Either you return rs 399/- or you can adjust this amount with new order. Please suggest for the above. Waiting your reply....

They promised me to deliver on or before 29.08.2018.

After 10 days passed since my order placed nothing sent to me. The order status still showing ready to dispatch. I also approached consumer help line government of india

I have ordered a chronograph watch on 31st aug, I had signed in through Facebook and placed order, and paid through online, the amount was deducted from my acoount but there was no order confirmation message.and iam trying to reach customer care and there is no response with the hold of 25 to 30 mind can some one look into this and get back to me with details my contact no is [protected]....

Waited for product more than 2 months, but still product status in ReadyForDispatch, no email or sms about the product. Raised complaint in yepme website but no response till 30 Aug 2018. Called the the customer care no:[protected] but it puts in the queue for more than 30 minutes waiting every time. Tried other escalation...

I had placed an order on 06.08.2018 my Order no. is 34091470. I had already paid for this order. It has crossed its delivery date and the item is not yet dispatched. It still show that the item is ready for dispatch. There is no update regarding delivery of the item. Also there is no response from the customer care. They does not recieve calls....

I have sent back my shoe by your courier but till date i have not received my refund 399/-
please arrange to send as soon as possible.Several time i request to yepme for refund.I thing yepme is a biggest cheating co in the world.several time i write to yepme but no refund till date.It is sufficient for customer complain.
