[Resolved] Yepme.com — Fraudulent behaviour of yepme.com, poor service | |||
Order No. 7675885 placed on 25th of june 2014. I already made a payment through my debit card but did not get the order delivered. I constantly kept on calling yepme.com for the status then i got to know that the docket no. generated was wrong so it will take some more time. Finally fed up from this kind of service i made a refund request on 20th of july. Then i enquired from their customer care center that how much more time will it take you to refund my monet back they told me at max it will be credited to my amount in 10-12 days. Its been more than 40 days since i made a refund request but till now i have not got my money back. I keep on calling them and they always ask me to wait for 5-6 more days as they will try and get my amount back to me.I have no way to my rescue as i feel betrayed and cheated by them. They keep on extending the date which is not a tolerable behaviour. From 25th of june to today i.e. 29th of august, i have not got my product or my money back.This is something to work upon. I thank Consumer Complaints for taking my complaint forward. After I lodged the complaint on this forum, I got a reply from yepme.com within 2 days that my refund has been cleared and it will reflect in my account in 5-7 working days. So, here I am marking this complaint as resolved as I got my refund back yesterday i.e. within 5 days. I appreciate the early resolution from the date of my complaint. Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Plus one more thing. Whenever you try to talk to their supervisors or seniors, they put your call on hold and assure you that their seniors will call you back which never happens.

I bought 2 watches from Yepme online shopping, I received both the watch today. But the red watch is not working.I want the product to be replaced immediately & I can't send this back to Yepme via courier. Reason:1)I do not have time to send it via Courier & 2)who will going to refund the money. I have spent money to buy it and one of them is not working. It's Yempe's fault, they should have check this before send. Now again I have to spend money to return it? Where the fault is not mine.
